In life and especially in our field, the decisions we make matter. Every day in our industry, we’re presented with countless choices that have the power to shape not only our present but also our future.

In this month's newsletter, we're highlighting a new tool designed to empower you in your HSE decision-making journey: introducing our new SIF (Serious Injury and Fatality) Calculator. This decision tree provides a user-friendly way to assess events for SIF exposures, enabling you to determine SIF events and their severity levels—be it mitigated, actual, or potential. With this resource, you'll be better equipped to make more consistently informed decisions, that ultimately allow you to focus on the workplace exposures that pose the greatest risk in your operations. In typical H&P fashion, we are focused on continuous improvement, so be on the look-out for updates to this decision tree in the coming months.

Together, let's harness the power of consistent and intelligent decision-making to drive positive outcomes and shape a safer future for our industry. Thank you for your unwavering commitment to HSE excellence. Here's to a month filled with impactful decisions, meaningful progress, and collective success.
